Processing Time
Our business days are Monday to Friday.
Most products are custom-made and have a longer production cycle. Orders containing custom products will be processed within 3-5 days of placing the order and shipped the day after processing is complete.
For orders containing only in-stock items, the processing time is shorter. Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of placing the order and shipped the day after processing is complete.
Shipping Time
The estimated shipping time is 7-10 days. During this time, we will continuously update your tracking information.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to order information, production cycles, or shipping reasons. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
